I'm a constant reader of your blog; I have long ago added it to my favorites. This post of yours enlightened me and touched me at the same time.
Whenever I start wondering how many sensitive, creative,brave and secular Syrians are left, you pop up in my mind along with a few other people I know personally or through the Internet. I really wish you the best luck; it's all what you need, because you have already gotten everything else.
Just wanted to leave for you this quotation from "1984" :

I recommend reading the book. It's so mind-blowing and you will relate to it more than you even imagine. I can see you, somewhere half-through the book, reading NON STOP because you will recognize every little detail there.
I even imagine you will post on your blog about your impressions.
I dare even to tell you, PLEASE DO READ IT.
P.S. If you can stand reading on your PC, you can downloaded the book from dozens of sites,just Google it.
