A Soldier Kidnapped

A few thoughts on the inflaming middle east.

-Israel/Palestine IS a battlefield, it IS a war zone, and YES, It is legal to act upon that towards military personnel.
-The major objection is not the actual action of kidnappig the soldeir, rather, what will that benefit the cause of the palestinian people?have the kidnappers ever asked themselves that?
-When Israel is fighting through its army, I think it's only fair to respond against this army.
-Things get out of hand, when these people mix things up and start blowing up malls, and nightclubs.
-All of the above does not in any way, imply that I support any of these actions, any kind of killing, torture, injustice towards any HUMAN BEING is immoral, and unjustified. that was just me using the "war" logic.

So, basically, the major corner stones in Hizbulla's success in Southern Lebanon was the overly successful operations to kidnap Israeli soldeirs from the occupied strip and have prisoner exchanges, that was the main reason why Barak decided to pull back.

Gilad Shalit, is now a prisoner of war, and he is entitled to all the rights of a prisoner of war, and most importantly keeping him alive, away from torture and humiliation.

Although a lot of what Hamas has done through the years is ligitimtly called "Terrorism", this is one of the few things that dont fit in that category... although they fit into another category, "Moronic".

i think everything on this earth can fall into this category ,
please be more specified
+ i believe that violence can be used for good .
we can't be neutral when it comes to killing us , we can't sit down and watch just waiting for mercy.

civilians ?? what civilians are we talkin' about ..when all Israeli kids get recruited at 17 . and they say that they are just proudly serving their country and do not intent to kill any Palestinian kids

Violence, for a good reason... I'm listening?????
Voilence only results in violence my friend.
Voilence is a closed circle, once u start killing, they'll start killing, or vice versa, and it never ends.

Civilians, yeah, like pregnant women, unless ur aiming for the feetus thats gonna be a part of the IDF!!!
the killing of ANY human being is unjustfied. ANY, including, the public concented Death Penalty.

I donno, I donno if neither can win this war, but both can win the peace.

My ideal scenario would definitley be, like i always said, a bi-national modern state, where ur a HUMAN, A CITIZEN, not an ethnicity and religion.

It does end. Mohamed ended the violence in Medina when he exterminated every male member of a jewish tribe that had betrayed him, and enslaved all the women and children. The other two jewish tribes stopped making trouble for him.

The key to ending a war is making sure your enemy knows that he has been beaten. The Palestinians (and the Arabs) have been beaten. But they don't know it, yet.

It's a good thing for Palestinians that Israel is not lead by somebody like Mohamed, wouldn't you say? Although, the violence would certainly have ended, sometime about 1950.

i wonder where you got your history lessons! keep mohamed out of it just to preserve your decency. if you think the palestinians have been beaten, you and others are in for a bitter surprise. the destiny of people is not written in half a decade. empires can go on for centuries. even your stars & stripes will one day be in the garbage bin of history
